We are starting to see new shoots of spring trying to peep through. Below are just a few photos of flowers that are starting to bloom in my garden.
Although looking out of the window today it looks like its going to rain, but thats a good excuse to do some crafting 🙂

I am also adding hand knitted items into the shop. At the moment I have a couple of these cowls for sale. Knitted in squishy chunky yarn, they felt soft to knit and lovely and soft to wear.
As a few of you know, I have started a History degree with Open University. I am so enjoying it. My first block was on Cleopatra, Mary, mother of Jesus & Elizabeth I. I am now coming up to my first assessment. A little worried, but everyone I have communicated with, seems very nice. I’ll let you know how I get on 🙂
I belong to The Ramblers, a fantastic way of getting out and meeting people and seeing your local countryside. At the weekend, me and my hubby did a 10 mile walk. It was, windy, wet and very muddy, a few ‘oops nearly fell over’ incidents but it was great fun.
